Eucalyptus ‘Silver Princess Gum’(Eucalyptus caesia )

Description

The Silver Princess is one of the beauty queens of the eucalyptus family and makes a stunning small ornamental tree. The young branches are red and glossy with older growth being covered in a pretty silver-white powder. The flowers are a stunning and large display of showy pink to red with yellow at the tips.

The ‘Silver Princess’ will not grow taller than about 8 m before the branches and foliage start to weep. The perfect addition to any garden with interesting features all year round, the Silver Princess thrives in full sun with well-drained soil. This is a wonderful specimen tree that stays relatively small.
